| SVHC: 29 substances in the list |
| 2010-01-29 |
Compared to the advances that we gave you in the month of December,
only one of the 15 substances of very high concern identified by ECHA
has not been officially included in the list of SVHC candidate for authorization.
Therefore the new list of SVHC, published by ECHA, consists of:
- 14 substances included in the list on 13/01/2010 (listed in the table below)
- 15 substances included in the list on 28/10/2008
Starting from 13 January 2010, date of official publication, companies need,
in order to fulfil their duty to communicate information, to monitor the presence
of all 29 SVHC within their articles. Such control can be ensured implementing
a system that can be based, for example, on examination of technical documentation,
on the execution of laboratory tests, etc.
IISG is at your disposal to support you in this phase of implementation of REACH and to perform all the necessary analytical tests
