Italy - Plush toy in the shape of a brown dog, nose and eyes are made out of hard plastic. The toy is equipped with a collar with a metal bell and ball attached. Sales ban, withdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities since the product poses a risk of choking: the collar ball/bell can be easily detached and swallowed. In addition, the electric wires are easily accessible. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European standard EN 71.
