To be competitive and winner in today global market means to be able to guarantee a high
and consistent quality standard to your products.
How can you be sure that your suppliers, on the other side of the world, are able to keep the
quality characteristics you have required? Raw materials, production quality, delivery dates
and packaging should be always kept under control.
Inspectors with special training will be your "eyes" and "hands" into the factories assuring
that your products will have exactly the same characteristics you have chosen and required.
ICQ SERVICES
SOCIAL AUDIT: evaluation of the social
accountability of the factory based on international
Standard SA 8000.
FACTORY AUDIT: evaluation of the production
capability of the factory with respect to
space, manpower and equipments.
INITIAL PRODUCT INSPECTION (IPI): raw
materials and first articles of the production
are checked and compared with samples you
have approved. Require this kind of inspection
when 10-20% of the total production is
ready. Any aspect not in compliance with your
standard is pointed out into the inspection
report and the necessary corrections are suggested.
DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DPI):
the inspection is carried out when 40-60% of
the whole production is ready. ICQ verifies that
the suggested corrections have been properly
carried out and checks on the average quality
of the production run.
FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI): evaluation
of the characteristics of product at the
end of the production or at least when 80%
of the goods are ready for despatch. Packaging
characteristics and labelling are checked
as well, this gives you information about your
goods condition before shipment to determine
who is responsible for any damage.
